Adam Morley (CGS 1985-89) joined Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North in 2020 after working for over 20 years in Property Finance for St George Bank and ANZ Bank.
He has focused most of his career working with high end property investors and developers to finance numerous acquisitions and projects in Queensland and in a variety of interstate locations to achieve the best outcomes for their business strategies.
Adam has extensive experience in risk management, project feasibility, tenancy schedule analysis and valuation. He understands the importance of open and honest communication, the continuation of long term relationships and building further connections in this region.
