The Caulfield Grammar School Foundation is running a donation drive for Noble Park English Language School (NPELS) across the entire School community from 5 – 9 September with the support of a group of Year 9 students and the Malvern Campus Social Service Committee.
NPELS is a school for newly arrived migrants, refugees and international students from non-English speaking backgrounds who have recently arrived in Australia, providing an intensive English language program and assisting students and their families in their transition to mainstream schools. NPELS is committed to assisting students to regain trust in people and systems and to develop self-esteem and the confidence required to face the challenges in a new country.
Many of our Foundation Scholarship Program students have previously attended NPELS. In order to provide much needed support to NPELS, the Caulfield Grammar School Foundation is seeking donations of the following items:
- Stationery
- Board Games/cards for lunchtime activities
- Swimming goggles
- Sports bags
To support NPELS and their students, the Caulfield Grammar School Foundation would greatly appreciate donations of any of the listed items (for primary and secondary school-aged students), that are clean and in good condition (there is no need to buy new items). If you would like to donate, please drop of your donations at 13 McWhae Avenue, St Kilda East between 5-9 September.
We greatly appreciate your support and look forward to receiving your donations. The purpose of the Caulfield Grammar School Foundation is to inspire a culture of philanthropy across Caulfield Grammar School.
